Avoid retinoids for 5 days prior to treatment.
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment.
Avoid anti-inflammatories, aspirins or fish oil 48 hours prior to treatment.
Avoid sunburn and tanning for 5 days prior to treatment.
Apply religiously pre-care skincare such as tyrosinase inhibitors for at least 5 days prior to treatment.
Cannot be done within 2 weeks of an another skin treatment.
Do not apply any actives (AHA BHA) for 72 hours prior to treatment.
Arrive to appointment without make-up and hydrated.

What is recommended:
You may moisturise from the day after treatment.
Continue to apply tyrosinase inhibitors religiously to prevent pigmentation.
Apply sunscreen religiously, this can be applied directly after treatment.
Remain hydrated post-treatment.
You may do LED Therapy post-treatment.
What you should avoid:
Do not touch the treated areas or pick at any potential flaking skin.
Do not apply any actives such as BHA or AHA products for at least 3 days.
Avoid exfoliating for 5 days.
Avoid fake tanning for 2 weeks post treatment.
Avoid sunlight to the treated area for 2 weeks post treatment.
Avoid exercise for 24 hours post treatment.
